People should note that many of these holidays are state-wise holidays, meaning that banks will remain closed in only certain parts of the country
This month, a total of 21 bank holidays will be observed, according to RBI guidelines. These include festivals and weekends

The RBI calendar displays nine festive holidays, some of which are state-specific. Other holidays include four Sundays, and second and fourth Saturdays.
