Chinese regulatory body Tenaa has leaked information about Gionee's upcoming S10 smartphones which will soon arrive in two variants

Gionee launched the S9 smartphone last year with a dual-camera setup and a successor seems to be on its way.

According to GizmoChina, Chinese regulatory body Tenaa has leaked information about Gionee's upcoming S10 smartphones which will soon arrive in two variants. One of them will sport a dual rear camera setup while the other one will have a regular single camera.

The Tenaa listing shows images of a Gionee S10 with model number S10B with the twin camera, while a Gionee S10 with model number S10C features a single camera. Both the handsets will also feature different specifications.

The S10C, which is expected to be the regular Gionee S10, is expected to come with a 5.2-inch HD display offering a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. It will be powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz along with 4 GB of RAM, while the internal storage is 32 GB and it will run on Android 7.1 Nougat. The camera at the back is a 13 MP unit while the front has 16 MP resolution, which means it will be a selfie-centric smartphone. It measures 148.7 x 73.7 x 7.9 mm and it will have a 3,100 mAh battery.
