Thank you Google! After a completely flat doodle on the opening day of the Olympics, that was cute but really really boring, the search giant has given us something as addictive as the Pacman doodle or the Les Paul playable guitar.
In commemoration of the 110m hurdles event that kicked off at the Olympic stadium a short while ago, Google’s doodle encourages you to guide an athlete over a series of hurdles, using the left and right arrow keys and space bar.
Of course everyone ~has been doing little else~ playing it between breaks while working really really hard.
Which brings us to the real question. How well did you do? It has to be at least 13 seconds or so for you to justify wasting all that time! This authors personal best is 12.6, although this screenshot forwarded by a friend shows a near impossible 11.3:
There are also a bunch of people posting their timings on Facebook and Twitter with screenshots to prove it. So tell us, are you Olympic level on the Google doodle yet?
