Canon Launches 51 Products In India

Canon India Pvt. Ltd has launched 51 new products—their largest portfolio ever launched in a day—in India. The company made a series of announcements, marking the expansion of its digital imaging business and further accelerating the industry’s transformation in terms of product innovation and technology.

Commenting on the largest ever launch of products in one day, Alan Grant, president and CEO, Canon India, said, “With this launch, we have further bolstered our imaging and printing product portfolio. By leveraging our strengths in IT and our expertise in imaging and printing, Canon today is best-positioned to capture, manage and deliver cutting-edge technology that consumers yearn today.”

Creating an industry benchmark with new technologies in the latest product range, the company launched 51 new products which consist of seven digital cameras, one digital SLR, four digital video camcorders, two Selphy printers, two lens, five Bubblejet printers, two scanners, two laser printers, six AIO’s, three projectors, five large format production machines and 10 products from BIS, including copiers, laser multifunctionals and DR Scanner. Canon will also be introducing a new category of security and surveillance cameras with two products under the same.
