Blackberry has launched the Classic smartphone featuring its signature Qwerty keyboard at Rs 31,990. The phone can be purchased only via online retailer, Snapdeal, as of now.

Blackberry has launched the Classic smartphone featuring its signature Qwerty keyboard at Rs 31,990. As of now, the phone can be purchased only via online retailer, Snapdeal.

The BlackBerry Classic sports a 3.5-inch display with a 720×720 pixel resolution, giving a pixel density of 294ppi. Under the hood, the Classic is powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus (MSM8960) processor along with 2GB of RAM. It runs on BlackBerry OS 10.3.  IT comes with 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded via a microSD card up to 128GB.

There’s an 8MP rear camera with LED flash unit which is capable of shooting full HD videos as 30 fps. This is complemented by a 2MP front-facing camera. It supports GPRS/EDGE, 4G LTE, Wi-fi, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC. It comes with a 2515mAh battery.

Two days before the Blackberry Classic was officially launched, it was listed on eBay at the exact price that it has now been launched for. The listing has now been removed from eBay.
