AIBE XVI exam: All India Bar Exam likely to be held on 30 May; registration deadline extended till 30 April
The All India Bar Exam can only be given by law graduates who are registered with their state bar council, and is held to assess the ability of law graduates to practice law in India
The exam will take place on 25 April. It was earlier scheduled to be held on 21 March

The All India Bar Exam XVI (AIBE XVI) has been postponed by a month and will now be held on 25 April, 2021 instead of 21 March. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has extended the deadline for registration and the date of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVI 2021.
All India Bar Exam is an open book test and comprises 100 objective-type questions from legal subjects. There is no negative marking for wrong responses
