No surprises here: The most popular photographs on Instagram in 2014

Three Hollywood pairs top the list with likes in the millions, and the Kardashian-Wests set a record on Instagram.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding portrait, from their May nuptials in Italy, not only clocked 2.74 million likes to become the most-liked photo of the year, it set an Instagram record for most-liked of all time.

Instagram’s most popular posts list – in second place is Justin Bieber’s picture of himself with on/off girlfriend Selena Gomez, which was liked by 1.9 million.

In third comes not a romantic couple, but two musical BFFs with legion fans: Ariana Grande’s post of the “Break Free” singer kissing Miley Cyrus, which got 1.84 million likes.
