While the metallic net-like dress channelled both a 1920s flapper and an Egyptian goddess, its pins were intricately arranged to resemble a collar and other important covers. The outfit took 675 hours of meticulous work, as said by the designer.

The singer’s stylist took to Instagram and shared intricate details of her outfit. “The dress, which required 675 hours of craftsmanship, featured a painstaking arrangement of 14,000 safety pins adorned with French antique beads,” a part of the caption read. Further, Cyrus completed her look with a pair of gold velvet yellow tabis, winged eyeliner, nude lips, and a voluminous hairdo.
