Inspiration can come from various places, for some it’s injustice or simply the need to prove others wrong; for Cyrus Khan, a Parkour enthusiast, it is inactivity.
“I hate sitting, I detest sitting. Sitting is the bane of my existence,” he says.
The sheer dislike for sitting down in one place, coupled with a passion to do something out-of-the-box, made him take up Parkour – a sport or training discipline which involves running through a natural obstacle course, creatively and logically. Today, he is one of the co-founders of Mumbai Parkour and teaches the sport to people of all ages.
