What you need to do: Take a pack of cream cheese (Laughing Cow or Philadelphia) at room temperature and place it in a bowl. Add your choice of sweet or savory flavour options from the list below, mix together and bottle it. Be sure to use it up within 3-4 days.
Sweet: • Toasted walnuts, honey and figs • Raspberry jam (or your favourite jam) swirled through the cheese for a gorgeous, marbled effect • Toasted cashew nuts, raisins and honey
Savory: • Pine nuts, fresh basil and sun-dried tomatoes • Coarsely chopped olives and capers • Chopped chives and minced garlic • Freshly ground black pepper and lime zest
