Disney has released the movie’s very first trailer and it features London at it’s magical best— at “witching hour.” Almost two minutes long the trailer has everything, from an abduction by a giant— including his eyes, huge hand —  a scary horror story and Sophie, the curious protagonist who just cannot follow the rules.

Directed by Steven Spielberg, the movie trailer so far has over three million views on YouTube. The dark, mysterious trailer so far is already the talk of social media and sure to leave you a little bit scared.

In the book version, Sofie follows the BFG to Giant Country, where they plot to defeat the child-eating giants Bloodbottler and Fleshlumpeater to save all of Victorian England from their apparent bloodlust.
