The eighth season of Koffee With Karan saw Bollywood royalty Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh spill the beans and brew gossip. From Ranveer sharing tidbits about their dreamy proposal to DeepVeer’s wedding footage, the episode screamed love from a mile and a half away. Now, Karan Johar has dropped a hint about his next guests on the show.
On Friday, Karan Johar interacted with his fans through an Instagram live session. During the interaction, he revealed that the next episode will have a popular sibling duo as the guest.
The filmmaker, first, thanked Ranveer and Deepika for their kindness and humility during their appearance on the show. Meanwhile, a fan asked about the next guests on the couch. In response to this, the director said that the upcoming episode will feature a pair of siblings close to him.
In no time, fans started speculating that Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan may mark their presence in the show. However, he instantly replied by saying no. This led the fans to assume that it might be Sridevi’s daughters — Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. The director denied saying that the siblings that will be appearing on the show have grabbed eyeballs in the last few years with their impeccable work.
It is worth noting that in the first episode of the show, Deepika and Ranveer unveiled their heartwarming wedding video. The straight out of the fairytale footage left everyone emotional including Karan Johar who was happy for the couple but felt lonely at the same time. On the show, he manifested a love story for himself and said that he also wanted love that he could tell to the world.
Koffee With Karan Season 8 is streaming on Disney+Hotstar. The makers will release a new episode every Thursday.
