Taking a slight detour from the action-packed trailer and posters of Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani’s upcoming film Baaghi 2, the film’s latest song ‘Lo Safar’ brings out the softer side of the action-romance, peppered with a pinch of melancholy.
‘Lo Safar’ sees Shroff’s Ronnie with his bags packed as he embarks upon, you guessed it — a safar (journey). Several moments of intense, jaw-flexed reminiscing are seen in the video of the song, along with Shroff’s imagination running rampant as he envisions Patani’s Neha in different (read: happy) situations alongside him. The song ends on a painful note with a visibly upset Shroff taking center-stage.
Ahmed Khan’s Baaghi 2 — the sequel to Sabbir Khan’s 2016’s directorial Baaghi — promises to be even more rebellious than its last installment. At least according to the film’s trailer and subsequent posters.
Apart from Shroff and Patani, Baaghi 2 also stars Prateik Babbar, Manoj Bajpayee and Randeep Hooda.
Baaghi 2 is co-produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Fox Star Hindi. It is slated to release this Good Friday on 30 March. The makers have already announced Baaghi 3 , which will also be helmed by Ahmed Khan and in which Shroff will reprise his role as Ronnie for the third time.
