Zopo a Chinese smartphone maker has announced its all new Zopo Flash X Plus smartphone. The smartphone features an octa-core processor and offers a 13MP camera with support for 4G LTE networks. The Zopo Flash X Plus is priced at Rs 13,999 and will go on sale at online retailers like Amazon India, Flipkart, Snapdeal and Shopclue by mid-March.

The Zopo Flash X Plus features a metal design with a fingerprint reader that sits on the front below the display. Also on the front is a 2.5D curved glass that gives the budget smartphone a mid-range look.

Coming to the specifications, you get a 5.5-inch Full HD display on the front, with a 3,100mAh battery slapped on the back. Inside, there is a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 chipset with an octa-core set up paired with a Mali T720 GPU. There’s 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 128GB using a microSD card.

The camera department features a 13MP rear camera along with a dual-tone LED flash and an 8MP front camera that uses a screen flash for selfies in low light.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE bands, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and an FM radio.

The Zopo Flash X Plus will be available in Space Grey, Orchid Gold, Royale Gold and Charcoal Black when it goes on sale.

Zopo’s last smartphone was the Color F2 , a budget smartphone in the Sub Rs 12,000 segment. The ZOPO Color F2 features a 5.5-inch Full HD Display, 2GB RAM  and was launched a Rs 10,790 price tag.
