BJP writes to Punjab governor claiming 'constitutional crisis' over Navjot Singh Sidhu's failure to assume charge as state power minister

The BJP on Tuesday wrote to Punjab governor over Navjot Singh Sidhu's absence in the state cabinet, claiming a 'constitutional crisis' in the government. Sidhu has reportedly not assumed charge of his ministry for almost a month since he was appointed in charge of the Punjab power ministry. Chugh also made a reference to Sidhu's 'feud' with Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh.
