Six suspected terrorists have been arrested by the Delhi police. Early reports have said that the men are believed to be members of the Indian Mujahideen and are responsible for a number of terror strikes in the country including the bomb blast at Pune as well as a firing incident outside the Jamma masjid just before the Commonwealth Games.

The operation is believed to be one of the biggest crackdowns on a terror organization in India thus far. The Delhi police and IB director are currently briefing the Home Ministry about the operation.

CNN IBN has reported that a Pakistani national has also been arrested along with the six Indian operatives.
