Of the 17,893 students who appeared for the exams, 15,187 passed and 2,210 failed, bringing an overall pass percentage of 89.59 percent. The pass percentage in 2018 was 85.53 percent. Commerce students fared the best with a pass percentage of 91.86 percent. Science stream came in second with a pass percentage of 91.76 percent. Arts stream took the third position at 87.73 percent. For vocational stream, the pass percentage was at 84.45 percent.
