CISF in a spot after Babul Supriyo's driver lies dead in car for over 12 hours

The body of the driver of Union Minister Babul Supriyo was discovered in an official Ambassador car parked in the premises of Udyog Bhawan after a missing complaint was filed by his family at a local police station in New Delhi. What is surprising is the body of the driver went undetected for over 12 hours.

“A senior Delhi Police officer told Mail Today that the deceased was identified as Vinod Khanduri, who stayed with his family in Laxmi Nagar and was working for Supriyo for some months."— an India Today report said .

The incident has raised eyebrows as the premises is under the security cover of the CISF. Khanduri’s body was discovered by a CISF officer on Wednesday.

The search for Khanduri started after a missing person’s complaint was filed at the Tughlaq Road police station. Although the cellphone location of the deceased showed New Delhi as the location the police could not zero in to the exact spot.

Meanwhile, the body has been sent for autopsy to find out the exact cause of death.

However, the Delhi Police is not happy with the role played by the CISF in the whole incident.

“Senior officials of New Delhi district police are now planning to prepare a report about the negligence and will send it to the home ministry."— the India Today report further said .
