 "The Dirty Picture dominates Colors Screen awards")
It was ooh la la all night, as Vidya Balan starrer The Dirty Picture made a virtual clean sweep of all the award categories at the Colors Screen Awards held in Mumbai on Saturday.
Vidya Balan who was also named best actress for her unabashed and in your face performance as “Silk” said she was ‘humbled at the award, and was grateful that the film had been received so well by audiences. The film also picked up the awards for ‘best film’ and ‘best director’.
In other major awards, Ranbir Kapoor won Best Actor for his role in Rockstar, while Deepika Padukone and Shahrukh Khan won People’s choice awards.
