Jacqueline Fernandez, who had her breakthrough role in Bollywood with 2011 film Murder 2, appears to be preparing for a Hollywood project. In the latest, the 38-year-old posted a picture alongside action star Jean-Claude Van Damme from Italy. Her Dishoom co-star Varun Dhawan appreciated the actress for ‘always scaling new heights and breaking boundaries’ in Instagram Stories. Not just this, Jean-Claude Van Damme, known as ‘Muscles from Brussels’. also shared a joint post with the actress on his Instagram handle. Jacqueline’s picture with the action star gained traction just days after she was seen hanging out with US pop star and beauty tycoon Selena Gomez in Tuscany.

Varun Dhawan last appeared in Nitesh Tiwari’s romantic drama Bawaal, co-starring Janhvi Kapoor. The film, which was released in July this year, was mired in controversy over trivialising Holocaust victims’ suffering.
The 36-year-old will next appear in VD18, a film produced by Atlee and directed by Kalees. It will also star Wamiqa Gabbi in a pivotal role.
Jacqueline Fernandez, on the other hand, was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s 2022 comedy, Cirkus opposite Ranveer Singh. In the latest, the actress is gearing up for a film called Fateh with Sonu Sood.
Jean-Claude Van Damme has had a distinguished career in action cinema. He has featured in iconic films like Bloodsport, Kickboxer and Universal Soldier, showcasing his martial arts skills and versatility as an actor.
