Harry-Meghan latest: Kate Middleton's uncle 'finishing tell-all memoir' sharing Duke and Duchess’ secrets

Looks like its going to be the end of Harry and Meghan’s drama and bad-mouthing the Royal British family. Gary Goldsmith, the younger brother of Kate’s mother, Carole Middleton, is hoping to “set the record straight” with his new book, reports OK Magazine. As well as detailing “private family details”, it is claimed Gary is aiming to give the Middleton family “a voice” following bombshell accusations by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. A number of claims were made about Prince William and Kate in the couple’s six-part Netflix series as well as in Harry’s book Spare. Kate’s uncle will address Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s attacks towards the Royal Family in a new book, a royal insider has claimed. According to GB News, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex levelled a lot of criticism at Princess Kate through their numerous public platforms. The duchess insinuated in her Netflix docuseries, _Harry & Meghan_, that Kate and William were not massive huggers. She also claimed the princess made her “cry” in her sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021. The source told OK!: “When Harry was originally compiling his book, his publisher was confident William wouldn’t comment because it wouldn’t be fitting for a future King to do so. The report further says that “Harry wouldn’t have anticipated such a comeback from Kate’s family. He and Meghan won’t like it one bit and will be dreading the book’s release.” Goldsmith, 58, first spoke about penning a book in 2013, having gained £30million through his IT recruitment business.Kate’s uncle initially insisted that he would not divulge any information that might shame his niece or Prince William, but it now seems he has changed his mind. The source added: “Gary has been talking to the press a lot lately and his comments seem to have gone down well with some people, especially his criticism of Harry and Meghan. Harry and William urged King Charles not to marry Camilla. Harry writes that he and William begged their father not to marry Camilla, now Queen Consort, over fears she would be their wicked stepmother. What we understood from Harry’s controversial Netflix docu-series  _Harry & Meghan_   and his book Spare is that the Prince had a troubled childhood and things became worse after her mother, Lady Diana’s death. As a teenager he got into drugs and all because there was nobody to guide him and missed his mother whom he was close to. Both Harry and William were unable to accept Camilla and was against King Charles marriage with her. Harry has seen his mother; Lady Diana suffer while his King Charles was having an illegitimate relationship with Camilla when they were officially married.
