Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Day 13: Ranveer Singh films collects Rs 900 crore net despite second week slowdown

Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge continues its historic box office run, holding strong into its second week and inching closer to becoming the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time. In 13 days, the film has collected just a few lakhs short of Rs 900 crore, making its run historic at the box office.

Day 13 collection holds steady

On Day 13 (second Tuesday), the film collected approximately Rs. 27.75 crore, showing a slight jump from Monday’s dip and indicating stable weekday performance.

Despite the usual second-week slowdown, the film has managed to maintain momentum, a key sign of sustained audience interest.

These numbers make it the 4th highest-grossing Indian film worldwide, behind Dangal, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, and _Pushpa 2: The Rule._

Inches past Dhurandhar, tops Hindi charts

With its current trajectory, the film has already surpassed Dhurandhar’s lifetime Hindi total (Rs. 840.20 crore) and is now the highest-grossing Hindi film ever.

It has also comfortably beaten Pushpa 2: The Rule (Hindi) and sits far ahead of titles like Stree 2 and Chhaava.

A Hindi market phenomenon

One of the most striking aspects of Dhurandhar 2’s run is its heavy reliance on the Hindi market. Unlike films like Pushpa 2, which was heavily reliant on the Telugu collection and Baahubali 2, which had a more equal distribution in all languages, Dhurandhar 2 has minted almost 90 percent money from the Hindi version alone in India. the contribution from the South belt has been very insignificant so far, contributing to just a few crores in the Rs 900 crore.

It is also to be noted that the film is already one of the highest worldwide grossers as well, despite it not releasing in Gulf, from which Pushpa 2 and KGF 2 gained immensely. also, unlike Dangal, the film did not cater to the huge market in China. However, despite the limitations, it has managed to be in the top spots of all-time highest grossers.

Can it beat Dangal and Baahubali 2?

While the film is rewriting records, the bigger question is whether it can challenge the all-time global benchmarks.

-Dangal still leads with around Rs. 2,070 crore worldwide (boosted heavily by China)

- Baahubali 2 stands at around Rs. 1,788 crore

-Pushpa 2 is close behind at around Rs. 1,742 crore

At Rs. 1,435 crore worldwide, Dhurandhar 2 is closing the gap rapidly, but faces challenges, including the absence of a Gulf release, which could impact its overseas potential.

Even with a second-week slowdown, Dhurandhar 2 remains a box office juggernaut, dominating the Hindi market and climbing global charts at record speed.

If the current trend holds, the film could not only consolidate its top position in Hindi cinema, but also push into the top 3 highest-grossing Indian films worldwide.
