AR Rahman faces backlash for working with MeToo accused Jani Master in Ram Charan's 'Peddi' as pictures surface on social media: 'He just came out of jail and...'

Jani Master of Stree 2 fame was arrested last year in Goa by the Cyberabad police and produced in a local court, as reported by Press Trust of India. He was accused of sexually assaulting a former female employee after a complaint was filed against him. The choreographer even confessed to the accusations.

The victim in question was a 21-year old female employee and according to her complaint, the harassment and assault continued for years. But Master has landed a new film called Peddi, starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor. And he shared some pictures with music maestro AR Rahman as they collaborate for a song.

it’s more and more infuriating, everytime I see this.
He SHOULD be shamed for associating.
He SHOULD be shamed for being ignorant even if that’s the case, though I’m not sure it’d have made any difference with the way powerful men in the industry operate regularly.

Jani master just came out of jail in bail after a rape accusation. Rahman is getting passes that aren’t given for Arivu or Mari or Ranjith. As usual

Why don’t u all drag #peddi makers or #ramcharan instead ? I think hero has more authority to reject working with a choreographer than a music director who has no idea abt other departments of a film making.

I saw a post saying she won’t talk about any of this, meaning the Telugu language thing… What’s the specific reason! Is it because her husband acts in Telugu, and has he spoken about the sexual violence happening there! Or is it because of this Rahman!

Wasn’t he expelled from the dancers association for POCSO charges? Then how’s he getting chances again to work?And ARR choosing to not work with Vairamuthu for a case that’s not been charged while happily posing with a pedo who’s under bail is something I can’t wrap.
