Aditya Pancholi allegedly attacks journalist over Jiah Khan questioning

Aditya Pancholi has allegedly misbehaved with a reporter of a television channel when she questioned him about Jiah Khan’s suicide today.

According to a Zee tv report , Pancholi lost his cool and abused a reporter of their channel and slammed the door of his car on her hand on being asked questions related to Jiah Khan’s suicide case. Not only that, apparently, Pancholi also took the camera from her hand and smashed it into pieces.

The scribe has reportedly suffered injuries and is being treated. Whether an FIR has been filed by her or not is yet to be known.

This isn’t the first time that Pancholi has ran into trouble because of his misbehaviour. An FIR was registered against the actor and his domestic help for allegedly trespassing into his neighbour’s house before misbehaving with their servant.

Pancholi and his domestic help K Sunil were booked under Section 427 (causing damage) Section 452 (trespass, assault or wrongful restraint), Section 323 (punishment for causing hurt), Section 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) and Section 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code, after that incident.
