A new facelifted variant of the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross has been spotted testing in India. The spy shots reveal a vehicle wrapped in camouflage with an overall shape that resembles the Suzuki S-Cross facelift which was announced at the 2016 Paris Motor Show.
The test mule was spotted by GaadiWaadi, sporting a black camouflage with an overall rounded shape. The design features that are barely visible through the black wrap showcase bolder lines and wrap-around headlamps with a revised air dam. On the side we get some new alloy wheels while the rear end almost remains the same.

The vehicle is expected to be identical to the model showcased at the Paris Motor Show, one which has already reached markets abroad.

Expect the facelifted S-Cross to go big on design with some added features like a revamped interior and the addition of a new touchscreen infotainment system.

What will not change is the powertrain. Expect the revamped crossover vehicle feature the same 1.3-litre DDiS and 1.6-litre DDiS engines. The 1.3-litre motor churns out 89 bhp and 200 Nm and comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The 1.6-litre engine delivers 118 bhp and 320Nm and is pared to a 6-speed manual transmission. For now there are no details on whether a petrol variant will be available at launch.
