In an interview with CNN-IBN, Daisy, an Indian student in Paris, narrated her experience of French authorities handling the situation in the aftermath of the terror attacks in the city, which reportedly left more than 150 persons dead. She told the news channel that while people were not in a state of panic, “everyone is pretty shaken up.”
Speaking to CNN-IBN, Daisy said that she did not hear explosions or gunfire, but saw several policemen and fire-fighting personnel, indicating a situation of emergency. She said that the police arrived at the spot very quickly, after which they cordoned off certain areas and shut off some metro lines.
