Why blame Shinde, when Modi didn't stop rally after blasts?

Defending his colleague Sushilkumar Shinde for attending a music launch a few hours after the Patna blasts, External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid said Shinde was entitled to have ‘a life beyond the Patna blasts’ and asked why no one was questioning Narendra Modi for continuing his rally despite the fact that people had been killed and injured in the blasts.
