YouthkiAwaaz: India is not ready for a gender-neutral rape law

A gender neutral anti-rape law will only foster greater inequality in a country where women are victimised every day. The road to seeking gender justice should not mean harassment for the woman - where the courts and the police are heavily skewed against women.
