Wrong if we label every terrorist act ideologically motivated

The men who are carrying out terrorist attacks are not doing it out of ideological reasons only and there are many socioeconomic reasons behind their involvement in the terrorist attacks. The government is therefore wrong to blame it entirely on ideological brainwashing as it needs to do some introspection on the condition of minorities in India.
