People will vote for Jaganmohan Reddy as he is achcha chor

Why would the people of Andhra Pradesh vote for Jagan Mohan Reddy when clearly he is in jail for alleged corruption in his government? It’s because he is the achcha chor or the good thief among several of the thieves - the chhota chor, bada chor and achcha chor in the government.
