Failure to pass Indo-Bangladesh LBA will be frustrating

Every country has to rise above domestic compulsions and Bangladesh is no different. Even the Bharatiya Janata Party has been very supportive of the agreements - so the challenge will be to pass them before Bangladesh goes to the polls.
