CNN-IBN police expose: IPS and IAS officers have failed this country

A CNN-IBN expose revealed top cops of police stations spread over UP, Haryana and Punjab to be completely gender insensitive in their approach towards sexual assault and violence. This cannot happen unless there is considerable lack of leadership from the top officials of the police and the state administration.
