Budget 2013 will have a decelerating effect on the economy

This budget showed that there is enough money to be spent on public expenditure. But the government seems to have lost the plot by reducing real expenditures and retreating subsidies for the poor. This will only contract purchasing power thus hurting the domestic growth sentiment.
