Afzal's hanging will jeopardise conflict stabilisation in Kashmir

Gull Wani, Professor at Kashmir University said that the ‘horrific’ manner in which Afzal’s hanging was carried out would dent the stabilisation of conflict that was largely successful in the Kashmir valley so far.
