This time, for making a seemingly-absurd claim that having ducks swimming in open bodies of water can increase the levels of oxygen in them. To a gathering of people at a traditional boat race event in the Rudrasgar district of Tripura, Deb

that he will have 50,000 white Indian ducklings distributed among fisherman in the area to improve the environment, the aesthetic and the state’s rural economy.
