The AnTuTu scores of the upcoming flagship were spotted online by a Chinese website Cnmo.com and they point at a substantial improvement in performance for the device. The Mi 6 scored 1,70,000 in comparison to the 1,31,000 that Xiaomi Mi 5s scored at launch. This immediately comes after the GFXBench scores  for the smartphone were leaked.

This impressive score should come as no surprise given that Mi 6 will be running the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 like with the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S8. The benchmark results use the same name of “Sagit” as seen the GFXBench results.

According to the GFXBench results, Xiaomi Sagit is running on Android 7.1.1, which is nice to see. We can also see the display section pointing to a 5.1-inch dimension, with Full HD resolution. Some of the other specifications have pairs which probably means that two variants of the Mi 6 were benchmarked.

The SoC is an octa-core Qualcomm chip with an Adreno 540 GPU. Clearly, it is the Snapdragon 835. However, there are two clock speeds. Which means one of the variants will be clocked at 2.2 GHz while the second one at 2.4 GHz. Xiaomi is known to underclock SoC for its devices and the Mi 6 will likely get the same treatment. The rest of the specifications point to 4 GB of RAM as well as 6 GB of RAM and for storage, we have 64 GB and 128 GB.

As for the camera, there appears to be a 12 MP sensor on the back with 4K video support. On the front, there appears to be an 8MP that can also shoot 4K videos. That last is a bit head-scratching because 4K recording requires a resolution of 8.3 MP per frame. Of course, most of these details have only been stated by the AnTuTu benchmark, so they’re not the final, official specifications.
