There have been constant rumours about the Mi 5c, a successor to the flagship Mi 5 in the smartphone market. After hints at the potential launch or release date, a weibo user posted photos of Mi 5c. This time the leak is not a blurry mess and instead you get to see the device along with interesting design choices like the front side of the smartphone has no physical button. According to Android Headlines , Mi 5c is similar to previous leaks except for the removal of the physical button in the front and moving the front camera from right side to the left side.

Mi 5c is expected to launch before the launch of Mi 6 but another important thing is that Mi 5c is likely to be the first smartphone that packs the in-house Pinecone processor that Xiaomi has been working on since quite some time to decrease its dependence on Qualcomm or Mediatek.

The company has already cleared it that it will not announce any new smartphones at MWC 2017. Xiaomi detailed that it has nothing new to showcase or announce at MWC 2017 so they will not launch anything during the event. The company recently launched Redmi Note 4X in China after launching Redmi Note 4 in India.
