The new Rewind app lets users share photos on the timeline, but only for a day.
This all new social photo-sharing app lets users post pictures by simply sliding across the screen to scroll through the Rewind timeline feature, and the images will then disappear in 24 hours.
Techcrunch quotes Rewind co-founder and CEO Anthony Duca stating, “the app lets users share as many photos as they want, without feeling like they’re spamming their feeds or “being too noisy.”
Rewind is almost the opposite of Instagram that forces users to slow down and carefully consider which photos are worthy of being edited and shared, adds the report. Basically, Rewind encourages users to share all photos that will eventually disappear without spamming others’ timelines.
The app is built by a San Diego-based startup and has been also launched for the Apple Watch.
