While Samsung may not have disclosed anything about its highly anticipated Galaxy Note 3, most of its specs are out there in the form of leaks and speculation . Until now, it was believed that the Galaxy Note 3 will come with 3GB RAM, but serial leaker evleaks tweets otherwise. The tweet reads - Alleged confirmed specs: 2.3GHz x4, 1080x1920, 2.5GB RAM. If this piece of news is to be believed, then the Note 3 will come with 2.5GB RAM, and not 3GB .
The tweet also confirms other specs such as 2.3GHz quad-core processor but hasn’t mentioned Snapdragon or Exynos. So far, we’ve known that the device will sport a 5.7-inch display, and the tweet further confirms the 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution.

The tweet also shows two alleged screenshots of the Note 3 - one displays the Antutu score and the other shows the “About Phone” section of the device. The handset is identified by the model number SM-N9005. It also shows the Android Jelly Bean 4.3 version. The other screenshot shows the AnTuTu benchmark test that the SM-N9005 underwent.
According to the previous leaks , the Note 3 could be made available in two variants – AMOLED version with 13MP camera and a cheaper LCD version with 8MP snapper. It may also support 4k video recording .
Samsung will be launching the Galaxy Note 3 at its “Unpacked” event to be held tomorrow. At the event, one can also expect to get a glimpse of the Galaxy Gear smartwatch .
