While Samsung may not have disclosed anything about its highly anticipated Galaxy Note 3, most of its specs are out there in the form of leaks and speculation. Until now, it was believed that the Galaxy Note 3 will come with 3GB RAM, but serial leaker evleaks tweets otherwise. The tweet reads - Alleged confirmed specs: 2.3GHz x4, 1080x1920, 2.5GB RAM. If this piece of news is to be believed, then the Note 3 will come with 2.5GB RAM, and not 3GB.
The tweet also confirms other specs such as 2.3GHz quad-core processor but hasn’t mentioned Snapdragon or Exynos. So far, we’ve known that the device will sport a 5.7-inch display, and the tweet further confirms the 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution.
Leaked screenshots showing the Antutu score and "About Phone" page
The tweet also shows two alleged screenshots of the Note 3 - one displays the Antutu score and the other shows the “About Phone” section of the device. The handset is identified by the model number SM-N9005. It also shows the Android Jelly Bean 4.3 version. The other screenshot shows the AnTuTu benchmark test that the SM-N9005 underwent.
According to the previous leaks, the Note 3 could be made available in two variants – AMOLED version with 13MP camera and a cheaper LCD version with 8MP snapper. It may also support 4k video recording.
