 "Gears of War 3 MP Beta This April")
Larry Hryb AKA Major Nelson, Xbox Live’s director of programming has revealed via a blog post that the Gears of War 3 Multiplayer Beta will kick off sometime this April. Included in this beta are “three new Versus Multiplayer modes on four new maps”. Now you can decide which maps you’d like to chainsaw people on by heading over to Gears of War 3’s Facebook Page, and casting your vote.

Access to the beta will be granted to all those who’ve purchased the Epic Edition of the rather crass but thoroughly enjoyable Bulletstorm . And speaking of Bulletstorm, EA have announced the first batch of DLC dubbed the Gun Sonata DLC that’ll contain three Anarchy maps (that’s the game’s online co-operative mode btw), two Echo modes and two new leash attachments. Gun Sonata will be available real soon for the Xbox360, PS3 and PC.
