Nokia 9, a phone that is yet to be annoucned, was spotted on AnTuTu benchmark with insane specs. HMD Global's Nokia 9 bearing model number 'TA-1004' had an impressive score of 2255 points in single-core test and 7770 points on the multi-core test.
The leaked specs shed light on the screen size of the Nokia 9 which will feature a 5.3inch Quad HD display (1440x2560 pixels) with 557ppi pixel density and will on run Android 7.1.1.
Other specifications included 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and 13MP cameras both on the front and rear. However, whether this means a dual rear camera setup with 13MP sensors each or rear+front camera, is still unclear.
FrAndroid, which claimed to get their hands on a prototype of Nokia 9, revealed a vertically aligned dual 13MP rear camera setup, 5.27-inches WQHD display with a resolution of 1440×2560 pixel, 4GB or 6GB RAM, along with 64GB internal memory.
Also earlier leaked specifications were spotted on the Geekbench website hinting that the flagship from the company could give popular mobile phones like Samsung Galaxy S8 and iPhone 7, a run for their money. Nokia 9 had a score of 7770 as well in the multi-core performance test set by Geekbench 3.
It’s likely the phone will be launched before Google rolls out the final version of Android O this summer since the Nokia 9 will be running on Android 7.1.1, Nougat. HMD did confirm it’ll have a bunch of Android devices in stores this year, including high-end handsets.
