Asus Zenfone Selfie goes live via Flipkart at Rs 17,999

Asus had launched its Zenfone series last month including ZenFone 2 Deluxe, ZenFone Selfie and the ZenFone Laser. While the Zenfone Selfie was launched with 2GB of RAM at Rs 15,999, a 3GB RAM variant is now available on Flipkart at Rs 17,999.

Needless to say, the Zenfone Selfie is aimed at everyone looking for a good front camera. It comes with a 13-megapixel front and rear cameras. The front camera employs a 1/3.2-inch Toshiba sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a 24mm focal length where as the rear camera has a 1/3.2-inch Toshiba sensor with an f/2.0 aperture with a 28mm focal length. Both the cameras also come with the laser autofocus system which helps acquiring focus quickly.

Zenfone Selfie also features ZenMotion gestures, real time beautification modes and dual color tone LED on front and back cameras. The macro mode will let you shoot from 6cm with Super resolution mode. It will compete with the Micromax Canvas Selfie that also comes with 13MP camera.

On the specs front, one can expect a larger 5.5inch Full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM. The device will be available in 2G RAM version too. A 3000 mAh battery completes the package for the dual SIM, 4G LTE supporting device.
