One of the passengers said that the area, where they have been stranded, is completely surrounded by hills and a few of them are gradually falling sick. ITBP DG visits Lipulekh pass ahead of Kailash Mansarovar pilgrimage, requests visitors to keep mountains cleanDirector General of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), SS Deswal visited Lipulekh pass to review the arrangements and the conditions for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. Deswal was accompanied by other officials also and they cleaned the area by collecting garbage and took it to the base for its disposal. According to the schedule this year, 18 batches will trek across the Lipulekh pass in Uttarakhand.
