India brings back Luthra brothers from Thailand as agencies probe Goa club inferno that killed 25

Indian officials are bringing Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, owners of Goa's Birch by Romeo Lane club, back from Thailand. The brothers are wanted in connection with a fire that killed 25 people, including staff and tourists, earlier this month.
