Evidence shows Shehla sought RTI on BJP MPs

A new set of evidence shows that Shehla Masood, the RTI activist who was killed recently, was labelled as an ISI agent. RTI copies filed by Shehla has been accessed.

Shehla had filed an RTI against BJP Rajya Sabha MP ANil Dave.

Shehla was working for the RSS backed Shymaprasad Mukherjee Trust. She had organized events in Kolkata and Delhi. But, there was a section of BJP in Madhya Pradesh who strongly protested against Shehla’s activities, and with the help of IAS officer they were trying to label Shehla as an ISI agent.

Shehla had filed RTIs against RSS funded NGO’s.  She had also filed RTI with the Income tax dept regarding how the RSS were getting their funds, and how they were filing their tax. Although, the organizations came under the ambit of RTI, Shehla was being denied of the Right to information Act.
