Watch: Mumbai sees increase in number of women committing crimes

In Mumbai, there has been a rise in the number of women who have been arrested in the last decade. Traditionally, women breaking the law were involved in bootlegging or prostitution. Now, they are involved in crimes such as burglary, assault and grievous hurt, kidnapping and so on. It's not just Mumbai city that has been seeing a rise in such incidents. Maharashtra as a state leads in the maximum number of women arrested under various sections of the IPC. Watch this video to learn more
