UK Board Class 12 Result 2019 declared | The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has declared the Class 12 (HSC) results. Examinees can check their scores on the official website:  ubse.uk.gov.in  or at  uaresults.nic.in . Satakshi Tiwari from Uttarkashi district is the Class 12 state topper with 98 percent (490 marks). Saksham, also from Uttarkashi, ranked second with 97.8 percent (489 marks) and Harish Singh Bohra came in third with 96.8 percent (484 marks).
