Two women die of swine flu in Kolkata

Kolkata: Swine flu has claimed two lives in Kolkata, a health official said on Thursday. The two deaths, both women, were reported late on Wednesday, according to a Swasthya Bhavan source. “There are five additional suspect cases but they are yet to be confirmed,” the source told IANS. Since Monday, ten have tested positive for swine flu in the city. The tests are being run at the National Institute of Cholera and Enteric Diseases (NICED) facility in Beleghata.
