Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra commended Anant Ambani’s Vantara on Wednesday after Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the wildlife preservation facility in Jamnagar.

During his recent visit to Gujarat’s Vantara, a vast wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation centre that shelters over 1.5 lakh rescued, endangered, and threatened animals from more than 2,000 species, PM Modi inaugurated the Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre. Praising the initiative, he said that “an effort like Vantara was truly commendable.”
Founded by Anant Ambani with the support of Reliance Industries and Reliance Foundation, Vantara is a groundbreaking wildlife conservation initiative. Located within Gujarat’s Jamnagar Refinery Complex, this 3,000-acre sanctuary offers refuge to abused, injured, and endangered animals. Designed as a holistic rehabilitation centre, Vantara is committed to creating a safe, natural, and nurturing habitat for its diverse inhabitants.
