Four reasons why Sid Mallya is a Delhi cop

Oops, he did it again. Siddhartha Mallya is once again proving that he is indeed his father’s son. Or is it a Delhi/NCR cop? Why do young Mallya’s tweet sound so familiar… Could it be because it reminds us of this little expose ? Last month, Firstpost listed all the reasons why Delhi cops think women deserve to be raped. And many of them bear an alarming resemblance to the many tweets and public statements of Mallya Jr, as he lashed out against the woman accusing his team player Luke Pomersbach of molestation . Is our oh-so sophisticated, globe-trotting playboy just a simple havaldar at heart? Hmm, let’s contrast and compare. Siddhartha Mallya: A woman who hits on me deserves to be molested by my team player. “The girl who is accusing Luke is saying he hit her ‘fiance’…what a load of f****** s***. She was all over me last night and asked for me bbm pin, so if he was her fiance she wasn’t exactly behaving like a future wife." Delhi cop: Most rape complaints are false, motivated by either vindictiveness or monetary gain. Mallya: Most molestation complaints are motivated by a desire for attention: “Everyone wants their 15 minuets (sic)." Delhi cop: When a woman drinks, she is a slut looking to be raped. Mallya: Yes, absolutely, amen! “The lady was so inebriated and acting the way she was with all of us was a little strange.” Delhi cop: A woman deserves to be raped because she reported the rape. Mallya: Reporting sexual violence is just dumb: “If luke is in the wrong, then trust me he will face the necessary sanctions. But what this girl is doing is idiotic.” Case closed. Our verdict: It’s time for Sid to embrace the lathi. A khap panchayat somewhere is missing its sarpanch.
